What we ship
PrudiX offers a focused suite of Shopify apps. Each one solves a real merchant problem, ships polished, and gets out of your way the rest of the time. Today, our first app is PrudiX Commerce - an AI-native suite that bundles content, ops, and retention into one Shopify install.
More focused apps may follow as merchant feedback points the way. Our north star isn't "ship the most apps" - it's "ship apps that merchants would be sad to lose."
What we believe
Honest pricing. Tokens and credits make it hard to predict your bill. We sell a fixed number of monthly actions, refund automatically when something fails, and block at 100% so there's no overage roulette.
Made to keep. Most Shopify apps get installed, used hard for a week, then forgotten. We build for the merchant who's still using it six months in - which means auto-refresh, smart triggers, and digests that earn the open.
Native by default. Every PrudiX app embeds in Shopify Admin via App Bridge, ships storefront features as theme extensions, and routes billing through Shopify itself. No separate accounts. Nothing that feels grafted on. Data declared up front in our Privacy Policy.
AI when it helps. Content, retention, and concierge are categories where AI genuinely earns its keep - that's why PrudiX Commerce is AI-heavy. Future apps will use AI where it compounds and skip it where it doesn't. No buzzword bingo.
