How our pricing works
Every plan is denominated in generations per month - not tokens, not credits, not arbitrary units. One generation = one AI action (one ad batch, one FAQ set, one description rewrite, one kit artifact, one Concierge answer).
Heavier models cost more generations per call - Claude Sonnet 4.6 uses 6 generations per run vs. gpt-4o-mini's 1 - so you can pick quality vs. quantity. Your choice; we absorb the cost difference within your plan.
What if a generation fails?
Automatic refund. If the LLM call errors out, the generation is added back to your monthly budget - no manual support ticket needed.
What about overages?
We block at 100% - no surprise charges. Upgrade to the next tier any time; the new limit applies immediately and you keep your already-used generations.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel anytime via your Shopify admin. You retain full access through the end of your paid period, plus a 7-day read-only grace window to export your data.

Quick answers
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. OpenAI and Anthropic - the only LLM providers we use - commit not to train on API data by default, and we don't opt in. Your product, review, and order data is used to generate content for you and never shared with anyone else.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation happens in your Shopify admin (we don't run a separate billing account). You keep full access until the end of your paid period, plus a 7-day read-only grace window to export your data.
Which review apps do you support?
Judge.me and Shopify Product Reviews work out of the box. Yotpo, Loox, Stamped, Okendo, Reviews.io, and Junip are on the integration roadmap - email us if you need one prioritized.
